Polly Vincent

Director

Offering only the highest standards of service, Polly is a respected technician in her field. With a combined beauty and artistic background, she has over 13 years industry experience.

Harmonising her artistic talent within the permanent makeup industry, she quickly established her name and brand within East Anglia and beyond. With strong links to award winning London Academies and colleagues across the UK, Polly continually travels worldwide to update and renew her training to ensure her clients are consistently offered the very forefront of permanent makeup.

Polly’s expertise in the industry has led to her becoming a training provider for beginner PMU students and gaining her Regional Director role for Biotek UK. Polly’s passion and drive for permanent makeup is relentless, and despite her success always remains grounded and focussed.

Recently awarded with the highest level of Micro-pigmentation in the UK, trust you are safe with a technical artist with capabilities to leave you looking and feeling nothing less than perfect.

Lily

Receptionist and PA

Joining the clinic on day one, Lily has remained a fantastic team member alongside being a mother to her two young children. Supporting Polly while she has pioneered her business, Lily has a profound understanding of the permanent makeup industry.

With a kind and uplifting demeanour, she leaves all clients feeling welcomed and respected in every way.

Laura

Receptionist and PA

Since joining our team, Laura has provided the clinic with a level of professionalism and service that reflects her 15 years’ experience within the health and beauty industry. Holding an NVQ Level 3 in Beauty, Laura has the capacity to deal with all client expectations.

A true professional in every aspect, Laura endeavours to provide all our clients with customer service excellence.

Amber

Senior Technician

Specialising in exceptional brow treatments, Amber holds an NVQ Level 3 and offers a wealth of experience within the health and beauty sector beyond her years.

Consistently working as a true perfectionist, her passion is making clients feel beautifully enhanced with each and every treatment.

Holly

Junior Artist

Holly is our newest addition to the team. Recently qualifying as a PMU technician under Polly Vincent’s training she has excelled in her skills and has experience using Biotek equipment and devices.

Holly currently offers Brow, Lip blusher and subtle eyeliner enhancements.

BEN

Client Co-ordinator and PA

Running our busy and successful clinic during peak times, Ben is here to deal with all client enquires.

Specialising in customer service excellence, he is a true asset to the team and loved by clients and staff alike.
